I suppose I should really have posted about this on the day itself, but I was absolutely exhausted that evening. Apologies.
Anyhow, The Lost Plot is now out in the UK. I hope people enjoy it. Picture me, if you will, doing my best to look blase and calm over in this corner, while hiding my nervous twitches. At least I have Christmas panics, er, preparations to distract me.
And it will soon be out in the US, too – just another month . . .
There’s also currently a giveaway running on Goodreads for The Invisible Library, my first book – US readers only, I’m afraid.
I’ll try to post again before Christmas. If I don’t, then a very happy Christmas and New Year to all of you. And thank you for reading my books. It is very much appreciated.
I just finished reading The Lost Plot and it’s amazing! Thank you so much for writing these wonderful books. Such a rollercoaster of emotions to the end, but the middle and the beginning were great as well (everything was great). The chosen scenerey was lovely to imagine as well as the fashion and everyone looking gorgeous. I’d love to point out everything and tell you it was amazing and great and wonderful, but I don’t want to spoil someone who just stumbles upon this comment section.
Just.. thank you a lot. <3
Thank you very much! I’m delighted that you enjoyed it. 🙂
[…] The Lost Plot by Genevieve Cogman […]
I read The Lost Plot in 2 days straight and I loved it. Especially the end! 😉 Actually, I keep re-reading the last chapter…
Anyway, thank you so much for those books. I didn’t know how starved I was for proper (meaning believable) female protagonists until I met Irene. (I also loved how you reversed the damsel-in-distress-trope in The Masked City. So refreshing!)
So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for those wonderful hours I’m spending with your books and please, please, please, keep them coming!
Thank you! Very pleased that you enjoyed it. I will try to keep Irene believable and the books enjoyable.
(Kai would probably complain that he’s getting chained up as a prisoner too many times. Poor Kai.)
